-For each additional person in the painting add 50%
-Pets are an additional 25% each.
-35% down payment is required at time of commission. Balance due at completion of commission and acceptance by client.
-All taxes, travel, lodging, framing, and shipping expenses are in addition to the prices listed above.
-Commissions usually take two to four months from placement of the order.
-Any changes to the original concept after work has begun, will result in an additional fee of 50%.
